I'm confused, we referring to democracies or dictatorships? Cause I thought this was about western countries and their definition of a terrorist. Elected officials, no matter what your views are of democratic election processes, are not dictatorships.


you can be a terrorist in a democracy but you cant be a terrorist in a dictatorship.   

the uk is very complicated, its a semi democratic theocracy. killing the PM or terrorising people at elections would be terrorism. killing the queen or soldiers on the other side isnt.  

and the ukraine hadnt a real vote they just voted in the west to legitimice a coop by nazis and oligarchs for the press.
