Actually it is bad to use the CPUBoss and the GPUBoss websites. They are pretty bad and have pretty wierd comparisons. It is better to use Futuremark's webpage if you want to compare performance since you just need a quick google search to see the specs. Also you can see that the 960 is below the 285 and 280x. I would only buy a 960 if I were to make a compact build since that card is small, quiet, cool and does not need a lot of energy. Buying it with a beefy cooling solution is overkill.
