what kind of terrorist? ISIS and contra like (weapons for them as long as they kill people the us dont like) or PKK and IRA like(no weapons and they are bad bad terrorist because they kill people the us likes even if they are war criminals like mountbatten)?
and who should the US deal with those terrorist? breaking international and us law with drone strikes and underground torture prisons?
