Splatoon Shipments in Japan Currently Exceed XCX original Shipment! (Aka 120k+)

Is it that XCX sold a lot worse than they expected as much as Splatoon is going to be a big hit though? XCX has constantly been listed as a major AAA release by many on here. So far its performed in Japan like a mid tier release.
