Exclusive has always had one meaning. As long as it is understandable it is fine. This means that 'NHL 16' will come to no other device but ps4/xb1.

But when 'exclusive' is used in the middle of phrases "Coming Holiday 2015, Exclusively on Xbox one" Thats where exclusive loses its meaning, it could be understood two ways but obviously is said to trick you into thinking one way.

Yeah, except he's still right. I mean the legacy edition is still coming to last gen consoles. No, it won't have all the same feature but that is true of many cross gen games. So it isn't really a current gen exclusive, just cross gen with fancy advertising.

Not really, Its not the same game and doesn't carry the same title. They're updating the kits and packaging it as a release for last gen, for what its worth to fans of the series, NHL 16 is exclusive to PS4/XO.
