It's ok if developers try to make linear-story telling driven games, I just want to see more of the others. And I feel TLOU was the perfect game to give us that. I understand your point of view. I simply don't agree that in TLOU's case it would have made the game better. If a choice was given, then the narrative would have changed and it wouldn't have been possible to make such a tightly focused and personal story. Which was the whole point of that game.
