It's a surprisingly bad game for having so many sales. Outside of creating anything you want, it's got some of the most boring mediocre gameplay. I can't comprehend why so many people love the game. It's literally one of those mind blown things that something so bad can make so much money. Then again, there are three Sharknado movies. |
Do you have kids?
It's so easy and flawless to play together. My 3 year old likes to blow stuff up and set fires. (Usually have to ban him to a safe distance) My 5 year old likes to build stuff he's seen on you tube and is already experimenting with red stone. I build them a huge castle to explore with secret passage ways, indiana jones style redstone operated traps and a fully automated shooting range.
The best indies that I didn't know anything about were:
Closure: excellent puzzle game.
Fract: playing this on a projector was amazing, awesome 3D environment.
Knytt Underground: could not stop playing, great music and atmosphere.
