Umn no actually, the game is owned and created by CDPR and was "published" in NA by WB, saying "well yeah ebcause NA suddenly makes it a WB game", it doesn't and tbh CDPR should have done the marketing themselves like they did with the last 2 games, R* did it for themselves most of the time and some other devs have too, this was PC centric and should have just remained as such when it comes to marketing, especially since the current debacle of PC looking exactly the same as PS4 which is to say isn't a good thing.
