I don't think they ever owned part of Bioware... They published some games from them, but they never bought part of the studio.   They should have though, that would be an incredible studio to have in your first party!

Yeah, If it wasn't for Mass Effect and Bioshock in 2007 I don't think I would have picked up an xbox 360 til far later in the gen.
