DF: Witcher 3 on XBO runs at native 1080p only in cut-scenes and the title screen

This is the oppersite, its like... PR on overload, theyre makeing the Xbox one out to be something its not.

Basically Witcher 3 doesnt run 1080p on Xbox one, not if its 900p 90%+ of the time.
