Anyway Nintendo didn't get 3rd party support with the powerful GC, and didn't get it with the Wii having excellent sales (but poor hardware). I've read here they provide a very bad development kits (outdated, japanese documentation), they have bad relationship with editors (starting from the snes period with too much fees and exclusivity restrictions), and last but not least... people are not buying 3rd parties on Nintendo systems. About relationships, I mean Miyamoto saying F-Zero GX from Sega didn't deliver, it's kind of rude (that's one of my favorite games all time). I'd like them to expand to others studios and franchises what they did for F-Zero GX, and what they do with platinumgames. Anyway it will be hard for Nintendo to win alone with the increasing development cost, and it's hard to relate that to the hardware power alone.
