It's not free to play. It's a story based game in the vein of heavy rain so there's not really anything to monetise by going free to play there. Besides, it's already up for preorder on Amazon as a standard full priced game.

Oh sorry, I'm thinking of wrong game.  Should have realized it since this is SONY games.  The one I'm thinking of is Ubisoft.  Deep Down i think?
