The fact that he said that they had to move stuff to the GC Conference because they couldn't fit everything in E3 is a Good sign I just Hope that they don't spend too much time speaking about Hololens and Windows10.
Also I don't think that Phantom Dust and Crackdown will be there at all I would be really surprised to see them reveal gameplay this early and Quantum Break will most likely Headline their GC Conference. (hopefully along with Alan Wake Remaster and Alan Wake 2 announcement)
