I didn't think that you could transfer ownership of a game to someone under the original X1 plans.
I still strongly disagree that used games are as bad as piracy. For one Piracy is illegal COPYING of intellectual property, with multiple (thousands if not millions) copies from ONE paid for copy. A second hand game is not a copy, it is the original product that has been transfered to a new owner.
I don't usually buy used games anymore at all, but I traded in some things for store credit so I am stuck with that until I spend it.
But again if people didn't buy the used games I trade in, I wouldn't be able to afford as many new games, so developers/publishers would be worse off.
