Yeah, and after that you wake up all wet. No offense, but it's never going to happen.
Firstly they won't cut the price further AND add a bigger hard drive. Way too expensive and the console would reach the point of market saturation very soon. And even with that, I don't really see them improving their situation outside the USA and UK. How can you dominate with just two regions?
