The problem with some game announcements is that they show games running on the best hardware even in terms of pcs. The 2013 version looks miiiiles better, it's not even close. I bet that footage ran on GTX780 SLI, which is ridiculous. If that was the baseline for the game, no one but a small elite who own +$500 cards would be able to run it. Financially unfeasible. They need everyone's money.
