What if they decide to move back into the console gaming space, after a long hiatus.
Who knows 5 years from now, along with new developers with fresh ideas, for old IP's it could be a welcomed return.
I don't blame Konami, most of the heavy hitters from the 8/16 bit gen, are not doing so well financially in the console space. Cost involved in a good console game is completely lopsided and risky compared to a mobile game with a much larger install base.
