I actaully laughed at this. If this was true, which it isnt,  it's only for people breaking an NDA that they signed that explicitly stated that they would brick their xbox if they broke the NDA. Literally impossible to sue them and win

not in the US, but in europe such a contract is illegal. 

and m$ knows that it costs alot of $to massivly break EU law
