Because to the contary, my folks made a big deal about leaving Sky, the call assistants crumbled to their supervisors weho then offered slightly cheaper sky deals and a new box for everytime the box broke down, basically making them crumble to offering something which my folks are sometimes good at doing (not me in a million years though), only recently have they thought of moving onto something like Netflix due to me pointing out the money they could save and the fact they could watch what they wanted whenever they wanted.

I just feel you're throwing too much weight into a few phone calls, most customer services around the world are absolutely shit, but that doesn't stop me from buying the product, it's only when it breaks day 1 is when the phone calls and the replacement box shall be demanded and followed through by most means.
