Judging by the way I say u wrote coupled with being overly emotional about a call service from ireland, it sounds like you wanted to be excused from buying anything from them tbh, there's no way you let one call service completely shape how you shop, my folks for example have had shit call service with Sky for years, not just a single one hour call, years, I'd say they were more or less right to cancel with Sky, that and saving themselves money by going with the more modern Netflix.


That's how i see it anyway.


My english is not very good. But Why put up up with bad  support?  And it was more than one support call. I work in I.T. and I normally have to deal with Oracle support who are a lot worse than Microsoft but I say why deal with it f### them all
