Almost no game at all got released that month. Plus the runaway success of Bloodborne might have preempted quite a few to buy a PS4, thus lowering the sales the month(s) after. And then there are also a few "losses" due to the upcoming Batman Bundle
As to why the Xbox ONE is so much up YoY, I really have no idea. Can't be MKX alone, or can it?
