C&C Red Alert 3 with the Shock Therapy mod/ downloaded map packs, I've played the game for weeks on end, I could manage a month with it and it's one of those games where I prefer SP vs AI over MP anyday.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
