Very easy answer....NO! The market is different as well. So there's a few things to take into consideration here. Not that Sony games can't achieve that type of sales success. However, MK's attach rate is phenomenal and probably more than any game in history. CoD doesn't have those types of attach rates due to their annual game releases.
Like many said, GT series as a good chance of selling about half of MK Wii success. Just not anywhere close to it. In my opinion, of course.
