i really haven't had much to say lately (plus ive been working 65 hour weeks) but i figured instead of making like 6 threads covering old stuff, i would just jam it into one thread.
1. after a year+ of waiting, nintendo has delivered river city ransom. awesome.
2. after roughly a decade, there will finally be a new earthworm jim game. i doubt it will be anything special (just a gut feeling) but im pumped cause if it happens we may finally see the old animated series released on dvd.
3. okami's week one sells were pretty good (breathes sigh of relief).
4. i'll be picking up mario kart wii tomorrow.
5. double dragon will hit the virtual console soon (monday?) which is cool but im more interested in the sequel which hopefully wont be far behind.
also, something that i dont think anyone has mentioned. after being on shelves for a meager month and a half, gamestop will be dropping the price of sega superstars tennis, which retails for $50 on the current gen consoles and $40 for the ps2, to $20 for any version. ds will also see a cut from $30 to $15. so, while the game wasn't terribly well recieved (65% on ds, 69-73% on home consoles) it may be a good purchase for the price for any sega supporters.
