Here is why thread is still not accurate:
Shining is accurate example of a JRPG series migrating away from consoles. The last Shining game on a console was on PS2. Since then handheld.
How can wild arms be disappearing from consoles when more than half its series is on consoles? There has been no wild arms since X Fire. We cant say it disappeared from consoles when there are no new installments to prove that.
What you really want to say is "dormant JRPG series". That still Wouldn't be accurate... Legend of Mana was not ment to be a its own series, its a installment of the series. Mana has had many mainline installments since then
Or maybe the lastest "JRPG console releases"
