"Disappearing" JRPG Series in Home Console (Console Space 5-6th Generation)

I thought the Mana series didn't make it to the sixth generation? Given I might have to extend the area to cover 5th. I noticed a couple disappear. 

Dawn of Mana released for the PS2. Wasn't that great of a game though from what I've read.
