I think Arkham Knight and Metal Gear Solid V will be the main competition for Witcher 3 when it comes to GOTY. I suspect Witcher 3 will come out on top though.

Still think XCX is gonna surprise everyone and get the best reviews of the year (maybe some of the best ever). But either way, there is far heavier GOTY competition this year than the past few, so that's good.
