I think pirating on consoles these days isnt worth it, they can bann your profile, archievements or even console so you can pretty much forget about playing online.
But i think its still good news for people from third countries, now they can buy a ps4 and dont have to spend extra money to play ps4 exclsuives and other ps4 games. So it could increase sales of the ps4 in frontier countries and be more competitive against the PC in those places.
