Virtual Reality has really has made a name for itself in the last year or two with the introduction of Oculus Rift.  Later on Sony revealed their own prooduct Project Morpheus which will be released for the PS4 at some point with an unknown price and date at this time.  We will most likely hear more about this at Sony's E3 Briefing.

With that said are you interested in Virtual Reality devices?  Are you ok with Sony spending time at E3 talking about Project Morpheus if they do?

On the opposite side of things Microsoft is set to reveal their Augmented Reality Headset Hololense  this E3 so headset, or glasses wear will be everywhere this E3. Hololense will cost more than an Xbox and is reported to be a stand alone device. Can they make a a place in gaming or are they just a fad?

For me, Augmented reality is fine as it doesn't take you away from reality, it just adds to it. It can add or alter your surroundings, but you are still fully aware of them and in many cases interact with them, plus it can be more than just a solo experience.

Virtual reality is bunk, at least they way it is for now. Need a helmet, gives an entirely new 'reality' that you are supposed to interact with and all that, but you are standing in the middle of a room without any situational awareness or any real interaction. It seems to only be a solo experience. Your house could be on fire and you wouldn't have a clue till you can't breathe because of the smoke or heat.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.
