But talking more specifically about video games and simply put, we shouldn't put porn and video games in the same sentence. Normal video game usage is simply... normal. It is an hobby, a healthy one because it has many benefits, but playing more than 2/3/4 hours each day when the person has a job is not very healthy I think because it detracts from other areas of life, like family, taking care of yourself, friends and potential romantic relationships.

Normal porn usage is also not harmful.

I don't find using porn 2/3/4 hours a day is healthy. How can it be? But I was thinking in the same hours of usage as video game. Of course using porn just for 15 minutes once in a while, how is that harmful? It is just to jack off, and people in relationships also masturbate and it is healthy nonetheless. But several hours? I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.

I was considering that it was implicitly assumed that normal time expenditure in one activity is different from normal time expenditure in another. Although many teenagers do spend quite a lot of time looking at porn, mostly because they aren't having sex consistently and it is quite new to them. I think for a teenager it isn't a huge deal because 1. their responsibilities are less time-consuming and fewer than an adult. 2. They tend to have higher sex drives than people >25, and 3. They aren't having sex as often as an adult. For a lot of people porn and masturbation are not very sexual. It is just a way to remove the distractions of sexual urges so that you can get on with your day. In my opinion, it is balanced because it doesn't act as a replacement for sex.
