Normal porn usage is also not harmful. 

I don't find using porn 2/3/4 hours a day is healthy. How can it be? Even more if a man can only get an erection while watching porn. But I was thinking in the same hours of usage as video game. Of course using porn just for 15 minutes once in a while, how is that harmful? It is just to jack off, and people in relationships also masturbate and it is healthy nonetheless. But several hours? I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.
