The 3 big MOBAs are of pretty decent quality, if you take in account the highest skillcap out of any non starcraft game and huge content.

I have yet to see a good F2P on console though.

You should try out  Spartacus Legendson the PS360.  Needs polish but for being f2p and licensced game, it's pretty good.  The graphics and netcode suck but how it plays is like a 1v1 version of the Souls games.
