Last E3 Miyamoto said that next E3 Star Fox will be playable and that target is 2015, in december he stated that will come before Zelda U next year.

And yes, I know it's a far more ambitious game, but then again you gotta considering Zelda has been in development since 2011/2012 while Star Fox seems to have begun in 2014. The only games from the last year or so that I can remember Nintendo not delaying were Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros and Splatoon (and Splatoon is incomplete at launch). I just can't see them being done with Star Fox this year - and part of me actually wants them not to, because I don't want a tiny game.
