Written language will never be an accurate description of spoken language. Write "spoken" spelling if you try to be cool - otherwise it is easier to read, and understand, if you write correctly.

It does not take much more time to write:

you are instead of you're (one key press less) 

they are instead of they're (one key press less)

has not instead of hasn't  (one key press less)

...but it easier and more fluent to use it (you're - they're - hasn't) when you speak in real life.
