Dont use that dumb "top third of screen gets cheap gray layer" bullshit. Wtf is this supposed to be anyway?
I mean its "okayish" when the top third of the screen is showing the sky or whatever but since its not an effect but simply a layer which is constantly attached to the screen its there 100% of the game.
So even if I look straight down onto the floor on which my character is standing I see that the top third of the floor is gray/washed out for no reason.
I mean why do Animes have to have washed out colors nowadays? Why does Nintendo use so much bloom etc? Whats the point in all that ugly stuff seriously...?
