the only thing they nailed was the marketing. that really is the most important aspect when it comes to sales. MS's marketing isnt bad by any means.. they just left a bad taste in people's mouths in the beginning and it made a really bad first impression. and nintendo's marketing has been fucking horrendous. the sales of all three consoles reflect their marketing, honestly. there really isnt much else that is dictating their sales if you think about it.
