This is mostly Xbox360 fans "expectations", nothing more, nothing less.
I believe, "add-on x 2" will be worth the value.
I mean the 10-30$ you will pay, not the 50M$ MS paied for their exclusivity ...

Soon MS will give us more informations about the DLC content and we will be able to judge if it is big or not.
