I'd probably go with sequels and new IPs. If a game is really good then, I don't see it being a problem with getting a sequel. However, go too far with those sequels, and then I'll stat being concerned. For example, 5 Nights At Freddy's, the COD series, and Assassin's Creed. I grow tired of games that do too many sequels in a short time.
New IPs are almost always nice to see, as seeing a new idea being made is cool, such as W101 and Splatoon : )
