Highly unlikely that digital is more than 10%.

Nintendo has stated that their digital sales exceed 10%  of total software and that Japanese make up a third of all digital sales. Digital sales for first party games sit at around 13%. This game was pushed hard digitally and Nintendo already said its digital sales were high. So over 10% is definitely not "highly" unlikely. (source: below)
