Content is king, and the Xbox 360 version will have more content.

We don't even know that, there will be PSN DLC content, Home specific content and who knows maybe an expansion pack.

In my country we state: The customer is King and quality over quantity. The consumer will have to decide if they want to sacrifice quality of the game and possibly the hardware (usually a long term investment) to buy future unknown content. Currently with regard to the episodes consumers cannot make an eductated decision as there are no previews or reviews available. They can however judge the quality of the game and hardware (with regard to feature set, Rockstar already hinted DVD will not be enough for GTA V and a default harddrive is important to them).

It's not like GTA IV is a small or incomplete game neither (the game got perfect scores!), on the PS3 the game includes extensive free online multi-player enhancing lastability.

Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."
