I feel both Intel and nvidia need a swift kick up the ass in terms of competition, I really want to see Nvidia price down their 900 series before years end and intel to either step up a new affordable CPU or lower the prices of their latest because so far both are more expensive with little gains as far as things are going at the moment.

If AMD gets it right I could see myself going with both an AMD CPU/GPU combo, especially if nvidia/intel refuse to budge and ride it out foolishly.

Yeah, all intel really needs to do is make something unlocked in between their i3's and i5's in price. Maybe an overclockable i3 would be cool.
