AMD Info! HBM-equipped Radeon this quarter! Zen CPU architecture in 2016

What I want is a APU with Hybrid memory cube technology.
Make the apu a 150watt+ monster, 50watt+ tpd CPU, with 100watts+ tpd for the gpu portion.

Sell it with a water cooler solution. Im guessing around the 250$ or so (the apu alone)?
I think Id be happy with that. Question is if AMD can do something like that.
