Oculus Rift for Xbox One or PS4? "Anything Is Possible"

Quick question,


How powerfull do my laptop need to be to run the Oculus Rift? Say, I wanted to run The Lord of the Rings Shire demo, would I be able to do that on my low end PC.


*I don't know s*** about PC, specs etc.
