Zelda games have traditionally sold the least in Japan, despite high reviews from Famitsu. Since it's on the DS and Japan loves it so much I'm sure it'll do millions, but nowhere near NSMB.
Just to put things into perspective, New Super Mario Bros. is the fourth best selling game ever in Japan, topped only by the main Pokemon games and maybe the original SMB if you count bundled games.
