I dont understand, let's say sony were found guilty. Who would get the money? Would it be this random legal company or would it be the purchasers of the game?
How can a legal company sue for anything more than a price of a game say $60? They made no other financial loss?
Anyway good it was dismissed. Who actually bought a game for full 1080p graphics? You bought the game for the game, with the graphics being an additional incentive.
