It's a gamespot forum thread and the source link doesn't go anywhere, but if it's in any way correct then it means the Level 5 PS4 game is very likely a Dark Chronicle game.
By the sounds of things Level 5 weren't happy with the reception of White Knight Chronicle and they aren't involved in Ni No Kuni.

Take it with a pinch of salt, but it all seems to fit nicely together.

thats pretty old news.... i mean the filing is from 2014 and the forum post is two years old. 

I'm just reporting stuff, could mean something, may not, I thought it was rumor worthy. ;)
