I was in an IRC one day and was thinking of getting a new game and asked. People said RDR and I was grateful as it turned out to be one of my favourite games of the PS3.
I think we're a bad target market for your question though as I imagine a lot of us here would already know about practically every game coming up and would pretty much be the ones making recommendations.
