I assume when you said Arkham Origins the first time, you meant Arkham Asylum.

I had a lot of fun with the game when it came out, so I say get it. I know there were some glitches (I cannot recall what they were, nor do I know if they were fixed), and the game play isn't as groundbreaking as it was in Arkham City, but there is still a LOT to love here. More of the same isn't always a bad thing, in this case especially.

What I liked about this game was how it opened up a large portion of Gotham City for the first time, rather than locking you up in a prison/prison city. So there are civilians to save, corrupt cops to beat up, etc. Arkham Knight looks like it'll blow that stuff out of the water, but it's not out yet. ;)

As for the Wii U versions....I bought both games on Wii U. As far as I remember Arkham Origins just includes the usual Wii U features. Arkham City is essentially a "Game of the Year" edition, so it includes all of the DLC and extras from the other version of the game on the disc, including "Harley Quinn's Revenge", which was a little sequel story to Arkham City. If you didn't bother with the DLC in the original (like me) it's worth picking up on top of the usual Wii U features.
