Clinton is pretty much a moderate, cut from the same cloth of the likes of Obama, Bushes, McCain, etc. So Sanders would likely get the support of "informed" liberals and more extreme leftists who don't vote for what is popular, but more with regards to whom they agree with more ideologically.
