I've been following it for a while.
Seems suited for working together on projects, very valuable in the medical field, training applications, 3D modelling.
Seems less suited to gaming due to the narrow fov and most likely higher cost of the device compared to vr.

They can always make a high powered professional version and a cheap toy version of course.
